Roster Size	U12-18, 18 players
# of Games	3 games minimum for all age groups
Tourney Rules	USYSA rules subject to specified modifications
Sanctioning Bodies	USYSA and MYSA
Check-in Credentials	All players and coaches must have a laminated pictured USYSA pass. Notarized medical release forms are required for all players under the age of 18. Team tournament rosters must be approved by your state association. Non-Missouri teams must have a travel permit approved by your state association.

Refund Policy	THERE WILL BE NO REFUND TO ANY TEAM THAT DROPS OUT AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED In the event of tournament cancellation due to inclement weather or for any other reason beyond the control of the St. Louis Soccer Club prior to the start of the tournament, entry fees will be refunded minus a $125.00 per team administrative fee. Once the tournament begins, refunds for games not played will be given at a rate of $50.00 per game not played. Maximum refund will be $150.00

Tournament Rules and information	The US Youth Soccer "Application to Host" forms for the 2005 St. Louis Challenge Cup are now available. Your must have Acrobat reader to view and print these forms. Download BOYS application to host. Download GIRLS application to host.
Check-In Times and Dates	Team check-in will be held at the Anheuser Busch Center on Friday, August 18th for the U12's, U13's, U14's and Friday, August 25th for the U15's, U16's, U17's, U18's from 2pm-10pm each Friday. All teams are required to check-in on Friday. There will be no check-ins at the fields.
